Bookings are subject to pandit availability. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for full refund eligibility.

All payments must be made through our secure payment gateway. Fees are non-refundable except as specified in our cancellation policy.

Users must treat pandits and platform staff with respect. Inappropriate behavior may result in account suspension or termination.

While we verify all pandits, we are not liable for the quality of religious services provided. Issues should be reported through our platform.

All content on the platform is owned by PKK or its licensors. Users may not reproduce or distribute platform content without permission.

PKK is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform use or service provision.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
